Kara Sheppard: Photographer, Owner

I am a native to the Piedmont Triad area. I attended Southeast Guilford High School, Elon University (Elon College back in my day) and worked for 12 years in video post-production at a couple of different post production facilities in the area. It soon became obvious to me that video post was not the business to be in if I wanted to start a family, so........

I got into real estate. Unfortunately, the only thing I enjoyed was seeing the insides of houses and working on marketing--the other aspects did not fit my personality.

In researching all the great ways to market real estate, I realized that my past career and my real estate career could marry into something that I would really enjoy and provide freedom for me to spend more time with my family.

I absolutely love shooting photos and videos of houses--it is the very best of both worlds. I couldn't ask for a more perfect job!
